We offer refunds and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds and exchanges are not available.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible; sale items are non-refundable.
- Gift items, if marked as such, will receive gift credit for returns.

Partial Refunds:
Granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or if returned after 30 days.
Process for Returns and Refunds:
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few days.
We will refund bank in back to your Bank Account
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times vary. If still unresolved, contact us at sales@thebabyloft.com.my
Shipping:
- Items must be shipped to the address above. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping fees will be deducted.
- Shipping time for exchanges may vary by location.
- We recommend using trackable shipping as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
